Overview
OnlyYou Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services at onlyyou.video to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our Services infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify our copyright agent by submitting a written notice ("DMCA Notice") containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

We strongly recommend sending your DMCA Notice via email for faster processing. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted the content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from the Services more than twice.
